Here you’ll find over 290 shots taken by the great masters of National Geographic photography that tell the deep transformation of the Earth caused by global warming: from the melting of perennial glaciers to extreme weather phenomena.

These dramatic changes affect all regions of the planet and are likely to intensify in the coming decades, unless effective action is taken.

Experience Exhibition

Understanding climate change – Experience exhibition is an immersive exhibition that captivates visitors with visual storytelling and sensory experiences, allowing them to discover the mechanisms and effects of the transformation of the Planet Earth due to global warming.

Digital installations, olfactory stimuli and interactive stations alternate in the exhibition itinerary, which covers an area of 400 square metres and is divided into distinct moments: experience, awareness and call for action.

Who is it promoted by?

The exhibition, open to the public from March 7 to May 26, 2019, is promoted by the Museum of Natural History of Milan and organized by the Museum of Natural History of Milan, City of Milan – Culture, Otm Company and Studeo Group in collaboration with the National Geographic Society and under the scientific direction of Luca Mercalli, President of the Italian Meteorological Society.

Since 2017, it has been developing projects for the digitization and preservation of photographic archives, for companies and organizations that intend to safeguard their iconographic heritage.

Studeo group is a creative agency in constant transformation and evolution that aims to experiment and propose new communication models. The core business of the agency is the creation of experiential spaces and unconventional multimedia exhibits. A unique approach, consolidated experience, constant development and research allow the team to propose new and innovative technological solutions aimed at sensory and emotional involvement. Technical, cultural and artistic skills allow the Studeo group to range between different areas: museum-artistic, business-industrial, institutional.
